My Students

My Kindergarten students are bright eyed and ready for any adventure. They are hands on learners that enjoy building and manipulating objects in order to learn. The students come to school with their own unique personalities and an untamed curiosity for new experiences!

The students come from a variety of economic backgrounds with 88% of them receiving free or reduced-price lunch.

The school's population is very ethnically diverse as well. We serve a rising number of English Language Learners. They love learning about each other.

My Project

The Osmo Genius kit will help my classroom become more technology-integrated. The Osmo kit includes help with building words, number recognition, and shapes that expand visual thinking. The Osmo Coding Awbie will introduce my students to the coding world. This will help enhance the ability to use critical thinking to solve problems.

My students can enjoy an engaging learning environment with Osmo Genius kit and Coding Awbie!

Osmo will help motivate and engage all students! The kit allows students to work individually or cooperatively. Osmo allows differentiation and success for all learners, as well! In addition, this kit will permit my students to become familiar with coding and will expand critical thinking which will permeate to all subject areas!
