My Students
My Transitional Kindergarten students walk into class each day excited to learn something new! They are always willing to be Open Minded and Risk Takers. We are an IB schools that focuses on developing inquiring, caring students that are ready to contribute to a more globalizing world. We are encouraging individualized growth through the use of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) learning in our classroom. TK students love to learn using new technology! These developing minds need to grow each day!
My Project
Osmo will enable our classroom iPads to merge the power of physical play with the digital advantages of real-time feedback. Students will not touch the screen with Osmo, instead it encourages students to collaborate on tables or floors while manipulating tangible game pieces such as number tiles, letter tiles, and coding blocks.
We are asking for three additional bases to allow all four classroom iPads to be used in a work station for Osmo.
We would also like the Monster Drawing game, that brings students' drawings to life. The Coding game is a beginning game to get TK students excited to learn how to code.
