My Students

My students are from varied backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, ethnicities, and experiences. I have students from both ends of a wide spectrum of ability, strengths and weaknesses. I strive to offer a variety of activities to engage students of all levels, interests, and abilities. The materials we receive will help me to continue to motivate and invigorate my students' learning.

The students at my school are the best and never cease to surprise me with how hard they work.

I am always proud when I get to tell someone where I work because they know we are the best school with the best kids!

My Project

Osmo is hands on and interactive tool that works through augmented reality. As students manipulate the pieces and materials at their station, the program reads what the students do and update their iPad screens accordingly. It creates a fun, engaging way for students to access their assignments and curriculum.

Students learn best when through hands on, interactive activities.

Osmos coding product takes coding out of the purely abstract realm and gives them literal blocks to manipulate for creating their programs. they are able to easily remove, rearrange, and experiment to see how changes in code change the results on their screen. The Detective Agency program allows students to explore geography, culture, and refine their observational skill all through game based learning. They will expand their horizons and knowledge of the world through engaging experience, the best way to learn and retain knowledge.
