My Project

In prepping for Spring, every Science lab teacher's to-do list includes OWL PELLETS.

"Whoooo" wouldn't want to collect tiny jawbones of rodents & delicate bird femurs?

Past students have made shadow boxes & even jewelry from their findings. 4th graders absolutely love the owl pellet week & in the past we've shared a small pellet between partners. This year, I'd like to spoil my little ornithologists with a large pellet for each scientist. Help me give my 4th graders the best experience dissecting & discovering food webs of owls by digging dep into pellets.
