This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my student live in a low socio economic environment. Many of them speak English as a second language. All of them enjoy coming to school.
My TKers are learning how to sort, organize and clean up after themselves, a task which can be quite difficult when you are 4 years old.
This task is made much easier when we have nice, durable containers to put our things in. With the 6 54 quart containers, the children will have better places to keep their toys when we are not using them. The little photo storage containers will be used for storing all of our center materials. By having everything better organized, we can find things easier, clean up faster and our day will be more efficient.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
