Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I work with a wonderful group of multilingual learners by collaborating with classroom teachers and supporting students in their classrooms. I also pull out small groups to teach specific skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

During our small group lessons, my students are engaged in activities that help them make progress with the English language.

We are looking to receive some one inch binders to help keep our units of lessons organized. Having each lesson in a page protector and then placed in a binder, will allow us to find the lessons for each unit easily and keep them in great shape. The laminator pages will be used to laminate game pieces, vocabulary cards, and other items needed for the lessons.
