This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students choose toys that they want to play with during our centers. These toys serve as positive reinforcement for the academic work that they are completing during these centers. Students are a lot more motivated to work when they have a bin of their toys next to them for when they are done working. These organizational bins will allow us to organize our classroom with the different toys that the students enjoy using.
Positive reinforcement and play are so important in Kindergarten and teach students to complete their work and how to use toys appropriately.
Bins will help students manage their toys and become more independent in their playing.
