My Students
Our class is full of excited and energetic kindergarten students! For most students, this year is their first experience in a structured, learning environment. Besides learning academics, we learn how to cooperate with each other and socialize. My goal is to provide them with a safe, positive and exciting environment where they develop a love for learning!
We love to explore, work together, and learn through play!
STEAM is a great way to incorporate all of our favorite subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math.
My Project
In kindergarten, we have so many counters, flashcards, markers, papers, scissors, glue sticks, pointers, books, crayons, etc. Teachers use all of these things plus so much more when leading lessons in front of the class. Having an organized space for all of these manipulatives really helps the flow of a lesson.
The double-sided magnetic easel is a wonderful resource for teachers when leading lessons.
We will use the dry erase board every day in reading, writing and math lessons. We can hang chart paper on the easel when we make anchor charts. The easel is also great for setting the big books that we read every day.
The four sliding tubs are a great place to keep counters, markers, flashcards and many other things we use in our daily lessons.
