My Students
I work with a diverse group of three to five year old students. They come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and family structures. My students have a wide range of ability levels and needs.
When my students walk into the classroom they are filled with wonder and excitement to learn, despite their differences.
As this is many of my students first school experience, I hope to create a positive classroom environment that inspires my students to become lifelong learners.
My Project
This school year one goal in our classroom is to increase our children's scientific thinking and inquiry. We were fortunate to receive many new STEM materials for our classroom to help us achieve this goal. While this is great news, we currently do not have enough storage for all the new materials.
This donation will allow my preschoolers easy access to their new learning tools and the ability to be self sufficient while investigating, thinking and wondering.
The storage bench and Mobile STEM station unit will help transform our classroom environment by allowing my students to be able to independently use and put away their STEM materials. Please help us create an organized classroom space where children can become independent, scientific thinkers.
