This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a diverse and enthusiastic group of learners who bring joy and curiosity to our classroom every day. They are eager to explore new ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and support each other in their learning journeys. Their unique perspectives and boundless energy make our classroom a vibrant and dynamic place. The bench with cubbies for the library area will provide a cozy and organized space for students to enjoy their favorite books, encouraging a love for reading and helping them develop organizational skills. The back of chair holders will maximize our classroom space by providing a designated spot for students to store their supplies, reducing clutter and ensuring easy access to materials, allowing them to focus more on their learning. The globe will be an invaluable tool for our social studies and geography lessons, helping students visualize the world, understand different cultures, and develop a global perspective.

The primary goal of this project is to create an organized and efficient learning environment that supports student engagement and success.

By providing these resources, I aim to foster a love for reading and learning, enhance organizational skills, and promote a global understanding and curiosity about the world. My students are special because of their resilience, creativity, and kindness. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wealth of experiences to our classroom. Despite any challenges they may face, they show up every day ready to learn and support one another. Their enthusiasm for learning and their ability to work together as a community make them truly remarkable.
