This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many High schoolers have struggled to keep themselves organized both in their lives and in the classroom. Coming back from the pandemic has created a loss of skills, including organizational skills. These skills are specially needed for high schoolers to succeed and to become functioning young adults. They need support and ways they can maintain their academic foundations organized.

The products I have selected - Folders, binders, and shelf are all functional spaces for students to store their completed work, homework, and lecture notes.

This will help them maintain an organized space within the classroom.

The rest of the supplies will stock our classroom with much needed materials for creative projects and for students needs. Most students cannot afford materials such as scissors, art supplies, and snacks. Students can focus on learning rather than being hungry or not having materials they need for class. This guarantees students are well prepared to start their day and can focus on learning!
