My Project

My Drama and Debate students are some of the most passionate and hardworking young people you’ll ever meet. Whether they are performing a scene, crafting persuasive arguments, or competing in tournaments, they rely on essential supplies to stay organized, prepared, and inspired.

Our classroom serves as a dynamic space where creativity meets critical thinking.

From blocking a play on paper to outlining debate cases and practicing competitive speeches, students need the right materials to bring their ideas to life. Unfortunately, many do not have access to these supplies at home, and our classroom budget can’t always keep up.

With your support, we can provide the tools that will empower my students to excel in both Drama and Debate:

Highlighters: Students will use these to mark up scripts, highlight key lines, and emphasize important arguments in their debate flows.

Loose Leaf Paper: Perfect for writing scripts, drafting cases, taking rehearsal notes, and preparing speeches.

Pocket Folders: Each student can organize scripts, research, judge feedback, and assignment sheets in their own vibrant folder. Staying organized is essential in both Drama and Debate!

Legal Pads: Ideal for brainstorming character backstories, outlining cases, jotting down blocking notes, and preparing cross-examination questions.

Black Cardstock: These sturdy sheets are used to mount printed pieces for competitive speech and debate. The cardstock makes each page firm and easier to turn quickly and precisely when performing.

Having these supplies readily available will ensure that every student—no matter their background—has the resources to fully participate, stay organized, and feel confident in class.

Your contribution will help us create a learning environment where young performers and speakers can develop their voices, collaborate meaningfully, and shine on stage and in competition.
