Now that our new space is pretty much finished, we are trying to figure out ways to stay organized. The students have made huge progress this semester, and are becoming pros at tutorials. As they become more proficient, our senior and college tutors are leaving us.
Tutorial boxes will help students organize themselves to lead their own math tutorials.
Once the groups have been formed, student facilitators just need to grab a box with all the needed supplies. They also make the supplies more readily available for other small group work in AP Psychology, maximizing the utility of the white board tables. The glass board and wall file holder will help us organize our groups. The vacuum cleaner will help us keep our space tidy. All these components will contribute to an efficient and organized classroom that will facilitate students becoming successful scholars.
