Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With 25 1st graders, and counting, it is important to have an organized classroom to maximize all of our space within the classroom.

With the increasing amount of students we are getting each week, I am having difficulty storing our materials in a way that creates extra space for our new students.

These storage containers will help my students and I store our manipulitives and materials in a way where they can be stacked and put on a shelf for easy accessibility. The lids will help any messes as 1st graders are not always the most stable when gathering materials.

These items will be used every day and will give us more space in the classroom which in turn will give us more time to learn instead of having to move and play Tetris when getting and putting away our materials. Lastly, the ID badges will be used during field trips as the stickers I make never stay on and it is important that our students have a special note on them incase they were to get lost.
