My students need tote bags and book bins to have an area that allows them to strengthen their independent skills.
This project expired on July 28, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My classroom is full of vibrant and engaging activities for my students. I teach students in grades 1st - 4th grade who have a cognitive disability.
My classroom is a life skills special class with students who have a varieties of needs.
Our classroom is constantly participating in engaging hands-on activities that push students to be the best. Within my classroom, students face daily challenges but always find a way to smile and embrace them. We are always striving to try new and exciting things but face financial struggles to accomplish them.
The "Help Yourself Book Bins" and "Tote Bags" will be beneficial to allow me as the teacher to create an organized classroom. I will be able to create a reading corner for students where they can access books on their level. The Tote Bags will allow me to create a wall with hooks of organized independent student tasks. Having this corner will help to give students a sense of independence and practice self-skills.
Our classroom has limited storage and these items will allow easy access to student materials.
Having these in my classroom will help me to create an activity center where students can practice their independent skills.
