This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students can struggle with organization so as part of my class students are required to keep binders. Some of our assignments do fit in a binder so being able to provide binder punches to all the students gives them a place to organize those materials. We will use the purple pens to self and peer grade our responses to increase the amount of feedback students receive and allow them to look at the assignments from a different point of view.

Sometimes it just takes organizing their work for students to be able to make connections and not feel overwhelmed.
