This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Describing my students should be an easy task but I am in the presence of such a diverse group of students. My students face challenges that would cripple most.
I am among some of the greatest young human beings that have yet to discover their true potential.
What I love about my students is their resilience. My students have such tenacity and perseverance. The majority of my students come challenging situations, yet they are so eager to learn. My students are also always so willing to help when it's needed. They love helping faculty or other students, the love to feel the sense of importance.
I would love to be able to provide my students with the needed supplies to complete classwork. I would also love to be able have an organized classroom that helps the things run smoother.
My Project
These materials will help ensure that my students will have the daily supplies they need to complete classwork but also help me as a teacher become more organized.
The pencil pouches will be used to set up an organized way to distribute supplies that students will need to complete class assignments.
Each pouch will be filled with the scissors as well as other supplies the students need.
The headphones are a digital classroom must! These will allow me to provide each student with a set. These also are more hygienic and will allow me sanitize them easier than earbuds.
The file organizer will help me as a teacher to better organize assignments. Being a middle school teacher who interacts with 120 students daily, paperwork can be monstrous. This will allow me to set up a alphabetic system for students.
The paper organizers will allow me to display the construction paper as well as other paper supplies that the students will have easy access to for class projects.
