Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I want to create an organized space for my students to easily explore and select books that interest them. Having these book bins will make finding materials that match their reading interests easier. This will, in return, promote independent reading and a love for books.
Having these book bins will allow me to organize a variety of books prominently, and my students will be more likely to engage with reading materials, which can improve literacy, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
Attractive and well-maintained book bins contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere, where students feel encouraged to explore books and spend time reading. In addition.
