I’ve been at A.B. Elementary for the last 4 years. I love the school, my students, and the growing community. This year I teach 36 of the most enthusiastic students any teacher could ask for! Most come from single parent and/or low socioeconomic households.
The demographics of our school are looked on as one of the worst in our parish, yet, my students push hard to overcome adversity in the classroom as well as in their everyday lives.
With your assistance, my students and I will be able to achieve success.
Thank you in advance for supporting our class!
My class recently received new books for our classroom library that are more appropriate for their reading levels. We got so many books that our current shelf now overflows. It would be idea to organize these books by the Accelerated Reading level similar to the way it is set up in our school’s library. I would like to split the books into 6 groups, each named after a color. These color coded caddies and shelf will make it possible to for my students to get the books they need and return to their seat in just a few seconds. They will also help my students put away books more efficiently, saving valuable class time!
My students need a shelf and caddies to organize and store AR books.
Organization is essential for students to be successful. These organizational items will help my students to get to books faster and make clean up time more efficient, allowing them to spend more time reading than searching for what they need.
