My Project

Our district recently adopted Bridges Mathematics for a K5-5th grade resource next school year. I, as a math coach, would like to help teachers organize their materials to provide easy access for student use.

Math practice 5 emphasizes that students use appropriate tools strategically.

In order for this to occur, materials need to be accessible for students. One step in making materials accessible is by organizing them. These cart and storage bins will aid in accessibility and use.

In an effective math classroom, teachers and students understand when and how to use materials to make mathematics learning more meaningful!
