Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We need some storage bins to keep our language arts student readers organized in our classroom. This will allow the books to be stored safely and organized by the unit they belong to. We also need three more workspace dividers for the students to have privacy while taking assessments or when they prefer to have a tool to help them focus while working independently. Finally, we would like some glow-in-the-dark crayons to utilize for an art center during our classroom glow-in-the-dark special days.
These supplies will help us be organized, focused, and glowing.
My students enjoy having a work zone at their desks that allows them to focus and have privacy from other students while completing some tasks. They also love our special glow days when we have glow-in-the-dark learning centers. We are looking forward to creating visual art that glows in the dark.
