Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We have a very diverse population of students at our Title I, technology and communication magnet campus. A large number of my students do not have technology at home. When others observe our classroom, they are surprised to see that even with our diversity and challenges we are successful.

They are a loving group that is very eager to please any adult in the room.

This high energy group of kids keeps me on my toes, every day, while we are learning.

My Project

My students really enjoy the classroom library and stations, but do not like not knowing where things go sometimes. We need better organization to help us keep our materials together. These materials will help us be able to keep our materials organized and together.

All the students will be able to self manage their responsibilities during station time.

With the materials, our classroom library and station storage will be more used friendly. The studnets will easily be able to know what goes in each container once we have them labeled. We will be able to get our materials out and put away quickly with all these storage containers.
