This year, in order to have more space for students to learn and grow, I am wanting to get rid of my current desk and use a desk that will also allow me to have small group at the same table. Students will have room at my table to work one on one with me, or in small groups. There will be a space for students to come when they are needing extra help.
This will allow more room in my classroom for flexible seating.
It will also allow me to have a writing space. The storage cabinet will be used to hold classroom manipulatives for math. Students will be able to grab any manipulatives they need out of the storage cabinet. Students will also store their binders in the storage cabinet. This will keep their area clean and organized.
The Clorox wipes will help me keep my classroom clean, and the tissues will be used all year. We will use the Clorox wipes to wipe down all the students’ desks to keep them clean.
More than half of students from low‑income households
