Organization Leads to Independance

Help me give my students a place to store indoor recess toys and classroom materials in Wondersome Collapsible Storage Bins.

My Project

Organization is a lifelong essential skill that needs to be explored and modeled early in our students' educational careers. Exposing students to tools, strategies, and processes that maximize organization teaches them ways to incorporate these same strategies in their own world (both academically and in life). My students do not necessarily have the support at home to build these types of skills. Creating a culture of organization in my classroom provides a sense of stability and security for all of my students.

"Organization is a skill that helps you manage expectations and complete tasks efficiently.

By having these bins in our classroom, my students will be able to access indoor recess board games, classroom supplies, and small group materials such as individual whiteboards and decodable readers. These space-saving bins will allow my students to access board games easily with the front latching doors. Students will be able to work one-on-one with me at a small table. The portable laptop desk will allow me to move around the room while using the technology our school district requires.
