My Project

I teach 4th and 5th grade ELA (this includes reading, writing, and grammar) at a small rural school. Our poverty percentage is extremely high and most of our students struggle with issues in their home lives. Due to this, most of my students have limited experiences outside of home and school.

Keeping materials organized is key for making sure my classroom runs smoothly.

By having organizational and basic supplies for my classroom, I am able to focus on preparing engaging lessons for my students. These materials will be used to sort out leveled-reader books for my students. This will make it so much easier for them to find the book they are looking for. The folders will be used to organize writing rubrics in dry erase sleeves so the students can move around the room looking at and grading sample writings. The other supplies are basic materials that will be used throughout the classroom by all of my students.

Any support towards my classroom is greatly appreciated. These supplies will keep my students organized and ready to learn.
