Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our 8th grade students are bright and inquisitive learners. They are excited to come to school every day and they put their whole hearts into every learning opportunity they take on. Our students love interactive projects and activities that engage all of their learning styles. Our school is a Title 1 school that receives funding from different sources within the state and federal government. The funds sometimes don't cover the needs for updated technology to enhance the learning of our students.
Despite having the odds stacked against us sometimes, our students love to learn.
The kids enjoy learning in many different ways, and having the updated technology to use in the classroom with enhance their experience with reading and research.
My Project
Students need routine and organization to feel successful in school. That's where these materials come in. With the items requested, my classroom will spend less time looking for papers and more time learning.
Teachers that are organized and efficient are the best thing for the students at my school.
When everything is neat and put away, the classroom is the perfect learning environment for my students. Sharpened pencils and organization will help all of us at my school to do our very best work day in and day out. Thank you for your donations, they will go a long way!
