My Students
My students are truly the best. They are the most enthusiastic and hard-working students, always ready for a challenge. All of my students come from families with parents who do not speak English and are of low socio-economic status. Students understand the importance of good work ethics and thrive to succeed in life as they want to make their parents proud, as they have sacrificed much for their children's education.
A picture is worth a thousand words and then some more.
The families of my students work extremely hard and long hours just to make ends meet. They often to get to witness the wonderful work by their loved ones. I believe it is of the utmost importance for us to catch these moments and share it with their parents. I want them the students to feel proud of their accomplishments and show them off as they should.
All of these wonderful students have so much drive and passion to succeed. I want them to remember and cherish their achievements. I really hope that donors like you can make it happen for them. It will mean a lot to me and my students. Thanks!
My Project
Binders, dividers, and bright colorful folders will help my students keep all of their handouts and paperwork organized. It is important for students to build strong organizational skills at an early start. Being able to sort and gather all of their work in sections will help them keep everything in order as students often lose their work easily.
Organizational skills are important and will make a difference in the lives of the students.
It is an essential skill and habit necessary for kids to develop throughout school and prepare them for adulthood. My goal is to teach students such skills with bright colorful folders as it will make it more enticing.
