My Project
In our classroom, we have very little storage. Right now their extra school supplies are in the top cabinets above the sink because there is nowhere else to store them. This makes the supplies inaccessible to the students, and I have to get their materials for them.
We need storage in our classroom so students can access supplies and needed materials on their own.
I currently have all of our manipulatives stored in totes under folding tables because I simply do not have any storage in my classroom. If we had the storage so that the students could have access things, they would be able to get them out anytime during the lesson to assist them. We also use manipulatives in small groups, and this would allow them to get the materials and supplies they need in order to promote their learning.
These cabinets and shelving will help keep our classroom neat and organized while allowing students to gather their own materials as needed.
