The specific items I am requesting, such as snacks and fidgets as prizes for good behavior and hard work, will significantly enhance my students' learning experience. These items serve as positive reinforcement, motivating students to engage more actively in their classroom activities. The snacks can help boost their energy and focus, while fidget tools will assist them in self-regulating their emotions and maintaining concentration during lessons. Additionally, the bins and cart will create an organized environment where students can visually see their options, reducing distractions and fostering a sense of responsibility and independence in their learning.
My goals for this project include enhancing student motivation through a rewards system that recognizes their efforts and achievements, as well as promoting positive behavior in the classroom.
By providing organized options, I aim to encourage students to take initiative in their learning and develop essential decision-making skills.
What makes my students special is their remarkable resilience and dedication. Despite facing special circumstances and needs, they consistently work hard and strive to do their best. Each student brings unique strengths to the classroom, contributing to a supportive community that values diversity and collaboration.
