Organization and Beauty Add to the Atmosphere

Help me give my students materials to beautify the classroom like bulletin board paper and trim, places to store their materials to turn in work and display books, as well as incentives like stickers too.

My Students

My students come from the most diverse school in the city. They have a variety of ethnic groups, classes, educational backgrounds, and learning styles. We are also honored to have a variety of abilities too. We serve students with multiple physical, mental, and emotional impairments. So, our students have a chance to learn with a true snapshot of humanity.

My students have joy to learn.

In the midst of water issues, budget cuts, and buildings closing, my students are determined to learn. The results of all of these conditions, there is now low morale among students and staff. The impact of these conditions is deeply impacting learning. Yet, they are working to overcome these odds and become successful.

My Project

Your generous contribution could help us have an organized classroom. It is vital to learning. Students realize that the books go in this display, the papers get turned in over here, and the stickers are for good work. It makes the classroom self regulating. It allows children to impact their own surroundings and learn as they need. They can display their own work, find their own materials, and become a critical part to their own learning. When a classroom is cluttered, disorganized, and unpleasant to look at, it clouds learning. Students don't know which place to get materials, where to put them, and how to use them to demonstrate their learning. Your generous contribution will allow students to develop their own skills necessary for classroom order and beauty. It will develop in them a sense of pride and respect. Then, they will do their best work.
