My Students

Our wonderful students are ethnically diverse including Caucasian, Native American, African American, and Hispanic. We are a school that provides 100% Free Breakfast and Lunch to our students. Our students love multi-cultural activities. Music has been a great way to provide our students with these experiences. They have played African drum pieces, Brazilian Sambas, and Latin grooves.

Our students are learning music on Orff Instruments!

We hope to provide our school with an assembly of culturally rich music and dance.

My Project

Our students have been learning a variety of pieces for our upcoming "Music in our Schools" concert. This bass metalophone would be part of our rehearsal and concert in March. It would also be completing our set of Orff Instruments in music class.

Music in our schools' campaign is vital to music education and we want to show off our music program by providing a great concert featuring our students playing a variety of Orff instruments and drums.

I hope we can fund this project and provide the students with this opportunity to play the bass metalophone in the concert and in class.
