This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are curious, inquisitive and smart from pre-k to 5th grade. We have car riders, walkers and bus riders. We enjoy your students coming to school and they enjoy coming. We want them to be safe coming in and going home. We are a Title one school and we like to give a little extra! We have two lanes dropping off students in the morning and the students w walk out to the buses in the afternoon. My students also love using cones for games and physical activities.

My Project

Safety is number one on our list! Students will be able to get out of their cars in each lane that's marked off by the cones and go safely into school so they can start their learning. Students will be able to go safely to their buses by looking at the number on the cone and getting on the right bus. This also helps students learn numbers. The students cones in the gym for physical activities and games. Outside the cones are used for marking off areas to play soccer and other games. Students help put the cones out on the bus lot teaching responsibility.
