My Project

Every day in our classroom, we work to emphasize kindness towards ourselves and others and discuss how we can incorporate it into our daily lives. Instilling kindness in ourselves is hard when we might not be confident and strong in our own bodies.

We do hard things each day in first grade and are constantly working to grow and shine.

Reading is something that brings us together as a classroom family and opens our hearts to new things. We love to reference great books that teach us how to handle tricky situations and feelings.
