This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will provide engaging, high-interest book sets for 4th grade reading book clubs, giving both boys and girls the opportunity to explore exciting stories together. These shared texts will support literacy growth by strengthening comprehension, vocabulary, and discussion skills while helping students build confidence as readers. Most importantly, these books are carefully chosen to spark curiosity and joy, encouraging students to see reading not as a task, but as an adventure they want to return to again and again. With your support, students will develop a deeper love for reading and the skills they need to become lifelong readers.
