My Students

My students are amazing! These 4th grade students work hard and striving to learn skills that will help them in the future. One of the most important things for them to learn in 4th grade relates to the field of science.

These students that I have been teaching are learning Chinese as a second language, and in school they learn science through Chinese.

It would be especially important to help the students incorporate their science learning through English texts as well. They deserve to have all of the things that will benefit them with education. They are very respectful and take care of all of the things inside my classroom. These resources would be a great benefit to them as they expand their knowledge.

My Project

These books about science and STEM will help the students gain a deeper understanding of the world around them. Many students have misconceptions when it comes to science. These books and projects will assist the students at a young age to clear up any misconceptions that they might have. This will also help them become motivated to learn what science has to offer.

Many of the top fields in the future will relate to the advancements of science and technology.

Students should be prepared for the opportunities that could await them in the future. Reading about science can also help them to increase their language arts skills as they are transitioning from learning to read to reading to learn.

My students will benefit from these reading materials so that they can connect English Language Arts to Science.
