This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten is a challenging year for many kids. This is their first time being away from their caretakers. Many of my students still need to be fully potty trained and are scared to go to the bathroom.
Some students have accidents throughout the school day, and we are running out of clean clothes!
This project is important because we do not want children sitting in their dirty clothes throughout the school day. I would love to be able to provide my students with clean clothes so they do not have to go home early and can stay in school.
