This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from a low income, inner-city community. All students at our school receive free school lunch. My students want to be successful, but don't always have the support and tools to help them to accomplish this task. They come to school, work hard and want to have the same chance as other students with more resources for success. By giving them the tools to succeed we can change the lives of children for the rest of their lives.

My Project

In this time of need to teach our students and stay connected, we need your support. Many students are trying to learn at home without computers to allow them to be successful. We are asking you to help us put Chromebooks into students' hands that don't have anything at home to learn on. Teachers have worked so hard teaching their students this year and want to continue to see the amazing progress that these students deserve. All they need is access to computers and these students will soar. So give our future a chance by providing our children to learn at home.
