This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Upon return to the classroom, after remote learning, my students faced the challenges of organizing their materials and keeping track of what they were working with. Upon purchase of these storage units, my students will be able to clearly see what bin goes with what center. They are permitted to change centers once completed, but not having a central location for the materials that go with each center is an ongoing challenge.
By providing this technology storage unit, my students will have a safe place to keep the few iPads we use for enrichment.
It also teaches them that it is important to take care of their electronics and take the time to return them to one centralized location.
