Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

No person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow. My student have been silenced, and would love to have their voices, spirit, and passion to be taken off of mute for the school community, and world to hear.

My students are the school leaders (ASB), and will do any and everything keep our school united though assemblies,dances, informational college meeting, and spirit games/ activities.

We practice endlessly on dances to preform assemblies to both, We invite colleges and guest speakers to share their stories to our school's population, we educate though plays and performances, we have town hall meetings and advisory for our parents, and entertain our school through our dances. Unfortunately our equipment, has seen better days. It died at our back to school assembly, and how we have been left in the dark with on voice. We never let the location of our school, determine who we are as people, but simply use it to power our drive to make our school a better place to learn and grow.

My Project

By helping our school get this PA system, and sound equipment, my students and the other 560 students on campus, and their parents, well be able to continue our school culture and traditions of sharing and learning together once a month. Receiving this gift will be able to touch, and change the lives of so many.

I hope to continue to inspire, motivate, and challenge my students to reach out to all members of your school community.

It would be something we could share with the entire school and transform our school wide event,so that all can hear and learn, and unite as a one big Ouchi family.
