My Project

I am requesting 1 table for my first graders to be able to learn side-by-side with their peers. I love using tables in my classroom as it encourages a sense of community among my young learners while incorporating flexible seating. We currently have 3 tables, but we need 1 more table for the upcoming school year.

Tables also tend to limit distractions as students are not constantly fiddling inside their desks and also increases their organization.

Students will be able to sit at this table while learning, creating, building, discussing, and working together. My students amaze me every day with their desire to learn and how much they love to come to school.
