This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In The City of Fallen Angels where the ocean meets the sand, The Royal Dragon Marching Band has long marched to the beat of ambition and unity. Over the past eight years, under the unwavering stewardship of devoted leadership, the band has flourished, both in the magnitude of its numbers and the quality of its performance. However, as our ensemble has grown, so too has the need for new uniforms that reflect the pride and excellence we embody. These regalia are not mere attire but symbols of our collective spirit and dedication to the art of musical pageantry.

Behold, the time has come to adorn our musicians in garments worthy of their talent and the storied legacy they continue to build.

The proposed grant will allow us to purchase garment bags to protect our new uniforms. These uniforms will serve as a beacon of our identity, inspiring both those who wear them and those who witness our displays of musical prowess. The for mentioned garment bags will protect that beacon.

By investing in garment bags to protect these new uniforms, we are investing in the future of our young musicians. We seek to craft not just a band but a fellowship, akin to the alliances of old, where each member plays a crucial role in the ensemble's journey. Together, we can continue to weave a legacy of excellence and unity, marching onward to ever greater achievements in the grand tapestry of musical endeavor.
