One Camera, Many Memories!

Help me give my students an opportunity to document time! We are in need of a camera! We are an intercity charter school educating Kindergarten- 8th grade scholars. This camera will allow us to build a yearbook!

My Project

My scholars mean the world to me! They are intelligent, innovative and hardworking. I was first introduced to my specific scholars in 2021 being their second grade teacher, I was determined to further educate them, especially coming right out of our "virtual learning" method during the pandemic. I followed my scholars to third grade, and now we're four months away from them becoming fourth graders. With all the exciting projects: interviewing classmates, local stakeholders, visitors of the building, and biography presentations that we partake in, I would like them to be able to record and use the camera to further explore possibilities.

From school programs, field trips, and milestones that they encounter I would also love the access to a professional camera to document all of our amazing moments and memories.

We don't have a school-wide yearbook, so I've decided to make a personal classroom yearbook to at least get started. Once we do, we hope to expand its growth to grade level, and then school-wide. Help us reach our goal. One camera, many memories!
