Olympic Heroes

Help me give my students an amazing Special Olympics event where we can personalize everything we do for our students, helping every child feel special.

My Project

Every year, we hold our own Olympic events for our students. We make it an inclusive day for our school and athletes. We want for them to feel special and we want the entire school to see how amazing they truly are! Every year, our school comes together to cheer on our students with special needs as they compete in Olympic events like soccer and basketball, which is why we are asking for a giant body ball. We also give every athlete a medal and goodie bag for participating in our Olympics. It has proven to be a great way to increase inclusive practices at our school and lessen bullying within our building. Please help us get to our goal of personalizing our event for each child.
