Old School Social Interaction Activities

My Project

We have a program at our high school that is called Gold which stands for Get Our Learning Done. Students have opportunities to receive extra help if they are struggling in their core classes three times a week. My session is a choice session for students that are successful in all of their classes that give them a chance to interact with their peers using "old school" game activities. The purpose of my session is to encourage students to interact without using technology; such as Chromebooks, cell phones, iPads, etc. This promotes social and emotional learning practices.
