This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how curious, kind, and full of wonder my kindergarteners are. Every day, they walk into our classroom with big smiles, eager to learn, create, and grow. They’ve worked so hard this year learning letters, sounds, shapes and numbers, how to be good friends, and how to believe in themselves. Watching their confidence blossom has been the greatest joy of all.

This project would allow each of my kindergarten students to receive their own copy of the beloved Dr. Seuss book, Oh, the Places You’ll Go.

My students have worked so hard this year and have grown so much academically. I am so proud of all their accomplishments.

This book provides such a great, inspiring message of life’s journeys and challenges and would be a wonderful keepsake for my students to have throughout their educational journey. Oh, the Places You'll go! by Dr. Seuss. These books will be a graduation present for each of my students and the book will continue to inspire them to achieve their goals as they move through different grade levels.

My plan is to write a personalized and motivating letter in each book. This book will symbolized hope, love, motivation, and create a positive outlook for their future! It will be a reminder to never give up.
