This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Today's students are living in a digital world. From the moment they are old enough to hold a cell phone, we are plugging them into fun videos and constant entertainment. What second graders need more than anything, is to hold, read, and enjoy a good book.

The most entertaining and inspiring author is Dr Seuss!

Dr. Seuss' stories can still capture the imagination of all children. This project will give my classroom and all of my students for years to come, a library full of his amazing words and artwork.
