This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My classroom is a safe learning environment for my students. My students come from different backgrounds and different living environment.
I teach in a Title 1 school and want to provide my students with opportunities to succeed in the classroom.
I want all of my students to show academic growth by the end of the school year. My students will integrate the arts in all of our subjects. My students always do their best and are eager to learn new things.
My Project
My students need printing supplies to help build their fluency in reading and math. My students will use the materials to create flashcards for math fluency and to study high frequency words. These activities will be used during stations and small groups. The printer will be used in the classroom to allow students the opportunity to print out their work they type on a computer and to complete research. The students will be able to create books, share the books with their classmates and take the books home to read. They will be able to use these activities that are student created throughout the day and take them home to use. The students will be able to take the math flashcards home and build their fluency by practicing the math facts.

This will change our students' live for the better and they will have fun while learning! The students will be able to be in charge of their learning because they are able to create materials that will help make the learning experience fun!
The laminating pouches will be used to laminate the materials for stations.
