This project is to start flexible seating in our classroom. Flexible seating in my classroom will be able to help my students become engaged and independent learners. When working with special education students having flexible seating allows them the opportunity to make responsible choices in their learning.
When students' learning environments are comfortable, students are able to focus on their learning.
Flexible seating also allows our students to work individually, pair up, and work in small groups or even big groups while easily moving things around to make it conducive to the activity students are participating in.
