This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love best about my students is how eager they are to learn! Not knowing my incoming students for next year yet, I have requested materials (binders, name plates, erasers, markers) to start our year off right.
I am blessed to have an incredible class of incoming 3rd graders each year.
They are happy to be in school because they know they are in a fun, safe place to learn.
I am especially excited to start the year off with a couple great books in Spanish. All of my students are 2nd language learners who speak English & Spanish. Having a book read to them in their native language is a very special way to make them feel part of the classroom community.
