Help me give my students an experience of a lifetime this year. We need some essentials like book bins to separate our English and Spanish items as a dual language class.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a bunch of AMAZING 2nd graders in a dual language setting. As a dual language class, we divide the room using 2 colors (the English world in blue and the Spanish world in red). Everything in our room is doubled and requires more because we change languages weekly. In order for them to have a successful start this year, they need to be organized. These bins and other tools will help them get organized and provide them the ability to sort their books and belongings for English and Spanish days.
